福棠概况

福棠介绍

福棠儿童医学发展研究中心的前身为北京儿童医院集团。北京儿童医院集团自2013年5月成立以来，吸引了全国各级儿科同道的关注，建立起以56家省市级成员单位为核心，覆盖全国3000余家基层医疗机构的儿科分级诊疗网络体系。

2016年4月，北京儿童医院集团向中华人民共和国民政部提交成立民办非企业单位--福棠儿童医学发展研究中心的申请，2016年8月23日正式获批，成为全国首家从事儿童医学发展研究的非营利性社会服务活动组织，并接受民政部的监督管理，自此北京儿童医院集团翻开新的发展篇章。

福棠儿童医学发展研究中心将延续北京儿童医院集团发展的历史使命，致力于建设“中国儿童医疗健康”服务平台、致力于打造全方位多功能的儿童医疗保健航母、致力于推进我国儿童医学发展与国际接轨；实现专家共享、医疗共享、科研共享、教学共享、预防共享和管理共享。以儿童医学研究、儿科诊疗新技术推广、儿科人才培养、儿童健康教育等为己任，不断提升儿科医疗水平和服务能力，在探索儿童医疗卫生服务改革与发展，推进健康中国建设的道路上砥砺前行，携手全国儿科同道，共圆儿童健康梦！

FUTANG RESEARCH CENTER OF PEDIATRIC DEVELOPMENT

Futang Research Center of Pediatric Development is formerly known as Beijing Children’s Hospital Group. Since its foundation in May, 2013, the Group has attracted attention from pediatric professionals all over China and established a multi-tiered pediatric diagnosis and treatment network radiating from 56 provincial and municipal level member hospitals to 3000 primary level pediatric institutions.

In April 2016, Beijing Children’s Hospital Group submitted the application to the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China to set up a private non-enterprise entity - Futang Research Center of Pediatric Development. The approval in August 23 of the same year marks that the center has become the first non-profit social service organization engaging in pediatric development research in China under the supervision and management of the Ministry, opening a new chapter for the Group.

The Center will carry on the mission of Beijing Children’s Hospital Group and commit itself to establishing the service platform of “Care for Children in China”, playing the leading role as a multi-functional children’s health institution, promoting the internationalized development of China’s pediatrics, and facilitating exchanges of clinical findings, educational resources, research results, prevention efforts, expertise and management experience. Taking responsibility for pushing forward pediatric research, new diagnostic and treating technology promotion, talent training, and pediatric education, it will make continuous efforts in improving pediatric care, exploring the way to reform children’s health service system and build a healthy China, and joining hands with colleagues around the country to realize the dream of children’s health!
